Much better than the other boring bakery chains, ... dear God, let it rain your brain for these Corona hysterics

Great selection of cakes, chocolate, pralines & tree cakes ... the almond florentine cake & gooseberry meringue cake ... is now one of my favorite cafés in Germany ??

Streaky. Breakfast used to be okay, but now rather bad. It is cheap, unfortunately you can tell from the quality. The wait staff is also rather mixed. A lady always gives us less change. That too has already been contacted by email, getting an answer rather than thinking something up. Oh well. The cakes are good, but you can also buy some cakes at List? Still tasty! The ambience is quaint, but also creepy. Maybe a little less chi-chi, but that's a matter of taste. You can try it, but you don't have to.

Cafe and cake were good. What is not possible in times of Corona is the stuffy, stale air. Barely bareble. If we hadn't already ordered we would have left immediately. The distances between the tables are only marginal. We didn't see any disinfection of the tables. For a café that appeals to many people in the “risk group” is absolutely not okay.

They have delicious cakes here, but the café is getting on in years and seems a bit careless. You can tell by the sticky dishes, the partly stained wallpaper and the dusty decoration. A little more care and attention to detail would be desirable. The same applies to the lukewarm spaghetti Bolognese. The then tasty goulash soup was accompanied by a third of a roll. Too bad. The bright spot were the nimble, nice waitresses.

The interior kidnaps you in childhood. A typical grandma café that seems a bit out of time. Still a real recommendation. A must go in Goslar.

Cakes are absolutely to die for.(Those are tasty especially with the one with alcohol ) kids enjoyed kids size icecream parfait. Staff provided great service despite of busy day.

We were served very friendly. The lady behind the counter was very nice. The cake was just as good as the coffee. We were there last year and because we liked it so much we came back. Thank you and have a nice Christmas.

Popped in for coffee and cake today after hearing good things about this place and was not disappointed, very lively decor and super friendly staff, the contrau cake I had was amazing!! Will be back during this vacation for sure!

Have breakfast and have to say, I'm completely satisfied. Great selection of cheese, sausage and jam. Coffee is also great. You can sit outside and inside. The atmosphere is super comfortable. Perfectly happy :)

Break fast is really good

For 5,50€ you get a neat choice of cheese, ham, salami and homemade jams plus bread, brötchen and coffee/tee as much as you want. The quality of the food is ok. The place is old and might need a redo. Go there for a very German breakfast!

Best Breakfast in town. Cute teahouse serving a large german style breakfast until midday. Also sells cake and chocolate which would be delicious for afternoon tea.
